The Alameda County Community Food Bank, the largest hunger-relief organization in the county, works alongside Daily Bowl: during the SNAP disruption of late 2025, Daily Bowl supplied some partners with more food than any other source, and the Food Bank sent its thanks.

ExtraFood, the Marin County food recovery organization, shares rescued food with Daily Bowl across county lines.

Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen in San Jose serves hot meals across Santa Clara County and receives rescued food from Daily Bowl.

Hunger at Home in San Jose turns rescued food into meals for people experiencing hunger, and receives deliveries from Daily Bowl.

The Union City Family Center and its Kid Zone program have received fresh produce and groceries from Daily Bowl since our founding year, serving families in the neighborhoods closest to our home base.

SAVE, the domestic violence agency in Fremont, received Daily Bowl’s very first delivery: 30 pounds of catering food on May 11, 2016, enough to feed twelve people. Everything since has grown from that first run.

Tri-City Volunteers has served Fremont, Newark and Union City since 1980. Daily Bowl’s first delivery to TCV was on June 28, 2016, and produce has flowed there ever since — including the rescued flowers that brighten its pantry line.

White Pony Express, the Contra Costa food recovery and distribution organization, joined our network in 2021. Sharing surplus between recovery organizations means food goes where it is needed most, across county lines.

Centro de Servicios received Daily Bowl’s first produce delivery — 80 pounds of plums — on June 12, 2016, and has been our number-one recipient ever since. Its social services hub at 525 H Street in Union City has also been Daily Bowl’s home base since 2017.

Centro has “been supporting us since day one,” and the relationship runs both ways: in 2026 Daily Bowl donated its first refrigerated van to Centro.
